Hao Dat Tea Cooperative.

Hao Dat Tea Cooperative was established in 2016 from a three-member cooperative group. Guided by the philosophy of “Clean from the tea field to the tea cup,” the cooperative does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, relying solely on biological methods and organic fertilizers. The cooperative manages 120 hectares of tea plantations, with an annual output of approximately 20,000 tons of fresh tea leaves. Member households earn an average income of VND 67 million per sao per year. In addition, 5 hectares of tea plantations have achieved Organic Certification under TCVN 11041:2-2017 standards. The cooperative’s Party Cell was established in 2022 with 10 Party members. On October 1, 2023, the cooperative had the honor of welcoming the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong for an official visit. Hao Dat Tea Cooperative has received numerous prestigious honors, including a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, the Emulation Flag from the Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, the National Quality Award, and recognition as an Outstanding Cooperative at the national level.
